Do I have to say a photo is virtually staged?
Many portals, MLSs and regulators expect it. We label staged images so you can disclose them; ask your portal or board for its exact rule.
Will you change walls, floors or windows?
No. We only add movable furniture and decor. Permanent features stay as they are.
Can I get the empty photo too?
Yes. You get both the original and the staged version so you can show both.
